Whenever you feel like quitting, remember why you decided to do it.

For me motivation comes from an urge to stay healthy and challenging my limits. It's easy to feel that with age comes boredom and inactivity, for me is the complete opposite. At 36 I have decided to be in the best shape I can be, and not only that part of my goals is to make you join my journey. If you hang on long enough you will see what I am talking about.
