Science Fair with Leah!
Can you see the fun pictures?
If not, CLICK HERE to view this email online.
Leah taught us all about the different parts of blood (red blood cells, white blood cells, plasma & platelets) and learned how to use a compound microscope to look at blood smears under magnification. Then she taught everyone else how to use the microscope!  She also made some fake blood which she is holding in the picture above (its hard to see her smirk under that mask, but the smirk is there, I assure you :).  This was her THIRD science fair with Healing & Hope and we can't wait to see what questions & answers she comes up with next!

The NC Children's Hospital was so impressed that they made a video about Leah's Science Fair project- see below!
