New Partner Puts Twist on Dining

Han-Schneider International Children's Foundation has a new partner making waves in the dining industry. Far East Joint is an original ‘fries & wing house’ infused with Asian flavors and recipes. Offering a wide range of specialty fries, wings, rice bowls and burgers, the restaurant also features an extensive list of beers, sake and soju. In addition to serving quality food, Far East Joint donates a portion of its proceeds to the Han-Schneider International Children’s Foundation (HSICF).

“We are excited to introduce Far East Joint to the Los Angeles dining scene,” said Arthur Han, Far East Joint owner and HSICF Executive Director. “We created the concept to serve delicious bar food while bringing hope to a child in need. Every time you purchase a meal at our restaurant, you buy a meal for one of the kids we serve in Cambodia, North Korea and Tanzania – Meal for Meal.”

Located at The Lakes Entertainment Plaza in West Covina, Far East Joint is celebrating the grand opening of its new restaurant on Thursday, December 11 at 12 p.m. The festivities will include a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Mayor and city officials, raffle giveaways and dining discounts. To celebrate the grand opening, all menu items will be $5 all day.

Come out and support our new partner, Far East Joint, and make a difference in a child's life while enjoying delicious comfort food.
