Aerial Hoop Weekend

Lucy Deacon is back for a few months and is ready to teach Hoop again!
Material will be pitched at a general level, but a minimum of experience in static aerial is required, at least 6 months regular attendance of static aerial classes is recommended (ie. trapeze, silks, or rope).

Climb, hang, swing and suspend your way into learning cocoons, trapeze, rope and silks.
Mixed level class, suitable for complete beginners and for those with some experience of aerial skills.

This class is suitable for those that have attended a few terms and are in the transition between beginner and intermediate, and our intermediate students. You must be accomplished at beginner moves and have a good awareness in the air.

Drop-in Training Sessions

No need to book for these just show up early to be sure to get a place.

Taster Classes

Fancy having a go at aerial skills and getting upside down? Come and try this silks and trapeze taster session and see what its all about for yourself. Each class will run for an hour starting with a warm up before progressing onto the aerial equipment where we will give a selection of basic climbs, tricks and moves. Advance booking is essential.

Three's A Crowd
We are excited to be premiering our new theatre show at the Traverse Theatre on 31st January 2015 as part of the Manipulate Festival. We will then be touring throughout Scotland.
Three's A Crowd is an aerial dance theatre show with harness flying, aerial acrobatics, circus, dance and theatre. Set around a reunion of friends, 6 characters take a breathtaking and touching look at human relationships and how they all effect each other. Told with thrills, spills, heartbreak and happiness as they look at memories and moving on.
