Nuts for Nuts
Hi there,
This week saw news about lots of a$$holes. This Harvard prof went buck-wild over $4 and this airline exec went into a full-on nut rage over the serving protocol for macademia nuts. We'd previously polled our subscribers on whether you had to be an a$$hole to be a disrupter. The consensus was no.
Looks like the a-hole tolerance index has hit a new low.
Culture hack
A few weeks ago, we held our first ever Pitch & Demo event. It was like a Hackathon except anyone on the team (research, biz dev, engineering) could propose and work on an idea. Mike from the content team put a post together about the event and its impact on our culture. If you're a startup and want to create a culture of experimentation, it's worth a read.

Have a great rest of the day.
Best,
