Four Projects Receive Approximately $1.47 Million in Funding

Four projects in Montgomery County were Awarded approximately $1.47 million in Community Renewal funding today:
-$600,000 in Community Development Block funds for the Village of Fort Plain to correct deficiencies in the Village's sewer line
- $550,000 in Community Development Block funds for the Villages of Fonda and Fultonville for improvements to the Joint Waste Water Treatment Facility in Fultonville
- $250,000 in Community Development Block funds for the Village of Fort Plain to rehabilitate 19 homes
- $68,000 in Community Development Block funds for the City of Amsterdam to assist in the expansion of Beckmann Converting, Inc.; which is expected to create three jobs and retain four.
