1. The new Senior Tennis Players Club website is just around the corner!
We will send you an email when the website is ready for you to sign up for another year of membership. Look for another email in the next few days with the subject line of “STPC Membership Signup is Ready.”
If you do not have an email address, you will renew your membership the same way you have in the past, by filling out the renewal form and sending it in with your check.
On the new website, each of the members will have an individual account. Because of this, each member needs their very own email address. You need your own email address that is not used by any other STPC member. That means you cannot share an email address with another member. You will have to create your own email address (see directions below for How to create your own email address with Gmail).
When we launch the website, you will be able to renew your membership by joining the new website in three simple steps:
- Step 1: Review and rate your Tennis Skill Level
- Step 2: Review our Membership Levels (below)
- Step 3: Pay for your membership.
Get these items ready to renew your membership by joining the new website:
- Email address, login ID and password
- Skill Level

How to create your own email address with Gmail:
On the new website, as a member, you will have an individual account. Because of this, each member needs his or her very own “unique” email address. This means you cannot share an email address with another member. You will have to create your own email address.
You can do this with other free email accounts, but Gmail is easy and reliable.
To start:
- Go to gmail.com and sign up for a free email account, for example, marylamb@gmail.com.
- Click on create an account.
- Add your account info.
How to set up your free email address so that it automatically forwards to the email address you use most often (this can be your “shared” email or another email address).
- In your new gmail account, click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner under your email address.
- In the drop-down list, click on “Settings.”
- Click on the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab.
- Click on the button to “Add a Forwarding Address” near the top of the page.
- Put your preferred or shared email address in the box and click “Next.”
- Click on the “Proceed” button to confirm your forwarding address.
- Click on the “OK” button to close the confirmation box.
- You will need to confirm the email address. Do this by clicking on the link in the email Gmail sends you at your forwarding address (“shared” or another email address).
- Once your email is confirmed, you can set Gmail to delete its copy. That way you won’t have to manage your Gmail account at all, if you don’t want to. Go under “Forwarding” and set it to “Delete Gmail’s Copy.”
- Now you can use your Gmail account to sign up for an account on the Senior Tennis Players Club website!
