Call for intentions:
Send us your Sankalpa to include in our art center structure.
As the new year approaches, we are sending our annual call for your intentions, resolutions and wishes. Whether or not you could contribute to the recent crowdfunding campaign, our art center is being built and we would like you to be part of it! Your intention or affirmation (Sankalpa in Sanskrit) will be included inside of the pipes and bricks that form our geodesic dome structure.
Take a moment to center yourself, listen to your inner wisdom and allow a message to emerge. Please reply here or share with the hashtag #MySankalpa on Twitter to send us this intention before December 30th and it will be included from afar.
If you can be with us in person, you can write your messages during an inauguration ceremony on site on January 3rd in Auroville. Contact us to volunteer on that day!

Art Cart Launch
Dec 19th 6 pm, Visitor's Center
Come and make art, enjoy light refreshments and celebrate the many benefits of creativity with us! Our mobile structure stocked with art supplies will be an interactive installation at Visitor's Center. Over 300 individuals have enjoyed our Art Corner at Le Zephyr Café since mid-July, and we are now shifting this activity to the cart downstairs with the same timings: Tuesdays & Fridays from 6 to 10 pm, with a different theme each evening. Affirmation Doll Workshop
Dec 20th, 1:30 - 4:30pm, Vérité
MEDITATION, ART & PLAY: create and customize a small hand-stitched doll figure with your own handwritten affirmation! Deepen your self-awareness by exploring themes such as identity, intention, insight, self-care, and storytelling. No previous stitching or artistic skill needed. Material fee includes the cost of a doll form, made by and supporting women from the villages surrounding Auroville.
