E-Media Help Session
Thursday, September 11, 5:30-7:30 pm

Do you have a Kindle, Nook, iPad, or other eBook device and have questions on how to use it? Our technician will be available on Thursday, September 11 between the hours of 5:30 and 7:30 pm to help you find answers to those questions. Also, learn how you can borrow books and magazines from the library and download them to your device using your library card! To register, call us at 330-683-1065. Bring your own device or come play with one of ours. Also, please note that we will be hosting an e-media help session on the second Thursday of each month on a continuing basis. We may be able to accommodate a limited number of walk-ins depending on how many people have registered in advance.

Bring a sample of your recipe to the meeting to share. Be sure to also note the source of your recipe, the page number, and the recipe name. Plates and silverware will be provided. To register, or for more information, contact the library at 330-683-1065.

Page Parade
Thursday, September 18 - Tuesday, September 30
Page Parade will be happening during all our open hours from September 18-30. Join us as we celebrate our friendly therapy dogs and good character by exploring the library while enjoying the fun picture book "How Rocket Learned To Read" by Tad Hills. Each page will be posted at different locations throughout the library. The trail ends in the Children's Department.

All adults are invited to the FIRST meeting of the brand new OPL Book Club! Bring along a copy of the book you are currently enjoying, chat with other readers, enjoy snacks and drinks on us, and help us brainstorm and plan for the future of the Book Club. We look forward to seeing you!

We Read!
A Celebration of Books and Community
We are continuing our celebration of Orrville's Sesquicentennial by gathering 150 of YOUR favorite family titles! Once our collection is complete, we will post an album with photos of your family and friends holding their "We Read" recommendations! Each family who submits a title and has a photo taken will receive a We Read window cling and a complete list of the compiled recommendations. If you'd like to submit a title and photo, please call the library at 330-683-1065 or email weread@orrville.lib.oh.us. Our appreciation goes to the Rotary Club of Orrville and the Orrville Public Library Friends for supporting this program!
