6:15pm Vinyasa w Sapha Canceled
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the 6:15pm Vinyasa w Sapha will be canceled EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
I do apologize for any inconvenience. If you can make the 5:30pm Intro to Ashtanga w Lyndsay, we encourage you to do so.. The Fall schedule will be out soon, and we're putting a Yin Flow with Aubrey from 6:15-7:15pm beginning in September in that time slot ~ but unfortunately we cannot accommodate Sapha's unexpected schedule conflict until the Fall Schedule begins in September.
