You are cordially invited to a preview night for the 6th Annual Indian Film Festival of Houston featuring City Lights. Director Hansal Mehta along with stars Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha Paul will be in attendace. There will be a cocktail reception and entertainment at 6 PM in the Plaza, followed by a screening and Q&A at 7:30 PM at Studio Movie Grill.

Past IFFH winners include the 2009 documentary “Smile Pinky”, which also won the Oscar for Best Documentary, the 2010 feature film “Udaan”, which went on to win 7 awards at the 56th annual Filmfare Awards, India’s equivalent of the Oscars, the 2011 short film “Fatakra”, which went on to win the Directors Guild of America Student Film Award and the 2011 feature film “I am Kalam”, which had an acclaimed premiere at the 63rd annual Cannes Film Festival.
