Pitch your cross-border idea and get advice!

Are you planning to submit a working grant application for Journalismfund.eu’s next application round deadline on 15 September? Ask our Director Europe, Brigitte Alfter, for advice and fine-tune your idea.

Journalismfund.eu wants to promote quality cross-border and in-depth journalism in Europe. We provide working grants, advice and networking opportunities for investigative journalists. If you have a good idea for a transnational European investigative story, make sure you apply for a working grant. We have 25,000 Euros to distribute. The application round is open until 15 September, 11.59 am Brussels time.

If you have questions or need advice for your idea, Brigitte Alfter, Journalismfund.eu’s Director Europe who is in charge of the cross-border working grants, is ready to answer your questions via Skype on Tuesday 26 August. If you would like to use this opportunity, send us an email at info@journalismfund.eu with subject 'NEXT CALL' for further planning. If you can’t make it on 26 August: there will be one more advice session before the deadline.

We also have some important eligibility criteria for applications. Please read them carefully before applying. You can find them here.

A Journalismfund.eu supported investigation into the politics, lobbying strategies and profits behind the e-cigarette by Ivo van Woerden and Astrid Viciano was published in late May/early June of this year.
