Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR TOAST TO HOPE ON OCT 25TH
SCAN needs volunteers for its upcoming Toast to Hope event at the Artisphere, 1101 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington on Saturday, Oct. 25th.
The event goes from 6:30-9:30 pm and features food, beer and wine tastings, entertainment and a silent auction. Free (validated) parking is available and the location is 1.5 blocks from the Metro.
There are two shifts during the evening event, and we ask that volunteers help during one shift and enjoy the event during the other:
- 6:00-7:30 pm
- 7:30-9:00 pm
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Set-up
- Registration
- Food or Wine Serving
- Ambassadors
- Game Assistance
- Photography
- Silent Auction Check-out
We also need some help prior to the event:
Packing and final preparations on Friday October 24th from 10am - 4pm at SCAN's office, 1705 Fern Street
Load Out and Load In on Saturday October 25th , 10am - 2pm. We will start at SCAN's office and transport everything to the Artisphere.
