Children's Book Week
 
This year, the theme for Children's Book Week is 'Connect to Reading' and will run from Saturday 16 August to Friday 22 August.

There will be special Book Week storytimes, displays and competitions across our library service. Take a look at the shortlist for 2014 - the winners will be announced midday on Friday 15 August.

We look forward to seeing you at the library during this special week!
The Reading Hour
 
The Reading Hour aims to promote and celebrate the joy of reading in all its forms.

To celebrate, HJ Daley is holding a special Family PJ Storytime on Tuesday 19 August from 6pm to 7pm. Wear your PJ's and bring your favourite teddy.

Join us for a fun-filled hour of stories, fun and games to celebrate the joy of reading!
