Back to School Adoption Event
Adopt your very own Teacher's Pet on Saturday, September 6 at PetSmart Grasslands (4835 Gordon Road). Regina Cat Rescue and Regina Humane Society will have cats and kittens of all ages available for adoption between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
RCR will also have a volunteer on-site to screen adopters, meaning successful applicants can take kitties home the same day. If you can’t make it to the event and are interested in meeting some of our rescues, RCR always has adoptable cats and kittens at both PetSmart locations!

Bocados Fundraiser September 24
Come out on Wednesday, September 24 (5 to 9 p.m.) for a tasty meal for a great cause!
For $20, you get salad, an entrée (vegan option available) and a drink. There will be a 50/50 draw and silent auction. Email us to buy tickets, or to arrange to sell some.

Just for Cats Outdoor Festival Wrap-up
Thanks to everyone who visited Regina Cat Rescue at the Just For Cats outdoor festival on August 9. We had a wonderful day meeting fellow cat lovers and sharing the story of Regina’s feral cat community. We hope you enjoyed learning about RCR’s trap-neuter-release program and some of our favourite feral kitties through our feral cat trading cards. Generous shoppers at our kitty cat pop-up shop helped us raise enough funds to sterilize six cats. Hooray! |

During the fall months, many organizations launch fundraising campaigns in support of the United Way, which raises for money for a number of local charities.
