Brewery Update
Don't miss our newest "Cork & Cage" Series #6: WitHop!
The 6th Cork and Cage series release is a wit-inspired ale like nothing you have ever tried. Brewed with coriander and “dry hopped” with generous amounts of lime peel and three types of hops – Citra, Cascade, and Amarillo – this pale, wheat-based ale’s similarities to a Wit end there. Amped with plenty of Belgian candi sugar and fermented with a Biere de Garde yeast strain, this ale finishes strong and dry with a hint of tart spiciness. The WitHop is a refreshing summer ale with a bold, citrusy-tropical aroma. This beer can only be consumed on premise and is not available for take-out.
750ml | Original Plato: 18.2 | ABV: 9.2%
Finally, PLEASE RETURN EMPTY KEGS! We need the kegs and you could find a fun use for the deposit money!
