This quarter we have made a large diversion form the regular newsletter. We have focussed on one area. The good old fashioned Push Up and it's many variations. Special thanks go out to Ashley Phillips for taking the time to demonstrate all of the movements.

thank you very much for the DVD. I really appreciated that. I have already watched it and will watch again. I think it is very good. What I liked best was that you come over as a very relaxed, humble guy - BUT....that there is no mistaking your absolute certainty in what you teach. That is the thing that comes over loud and clear. This was very evident in the way that you answered all and any questions with conviction and openness. Also - you did not attempt to create any air of mystery - you just showed it as it is. I would be very happy to show anyone the DVD.

We are also placing some by the navy bags wall bag and dummy to assist in your progress.
Of course you can't replace a teacher, but wait a moment! There will be a teacher there too......
