Meet out at Seeds Farm at 6:00 for a quick tour of the farm (6903 115th St E) and then pick out your cabbage. The class will then move to St. John's Lutheran Church to make a batch of kraut. We will make the kraut and then clean up the kitchen together.
Payment for the supplies is due the night of the class, to the instructor. $8 for Co-op members / $10 for non-members.
