Foreign Report - Aug 2014
Rejoice with us in the way God has been working in the jails, prisons, and mission fields overseas. These reports represent progress by our foreign associates and loyal workers supported by ARM! The picture at the top shows the severe flooding at our "Women's Island" ministry in Cambodia; it is led by our own Sokha Sath.

ARM'S BAPTISTRIES AROUND THE GLOBE

In addition to over 1,560 prison baptistries donated in the USA, ARM has sent hundreds of baptistries now being used on mission fields and military bases.  It has been estimated that some 65,000 souls are immersed in ARM baptistries each year.

At $795 per unit for portable baptistries and $975 for Communion Table baptistries, we invest tens of thousands of dollars each year in building and donating these units -- to prisons, military bases, and mission fields.

In 2013, ARM sent NINE baptistries to mission fields around the globe.  Other missions outposts will be asking for baptistries soon.  In addition, chaplains will be ordering additional baptistries.

If you, your Sunday School class, or your church could sponsor even one of these, that would be terrific. If you can only make a gift toward this baptistry fund, that would be greatly appreciated, as well. Thanks for your prayers and support.

Gifts for Baptistries may be sent to:

IMMERSIONS. On 24.07.2014 we immersed 7 Krasnodar human rights activists (Russians, 6 men, 1 woman), who had been evangelized by Andrew Novosyolov.

PRISONS. We had 7 visits to prisons and prison camps. Andrew Novosyolov, whom I had immersed in 2004, returned to Russia after his wanderings in Europe and Africa. The famous Russian human rights activist Andew Babushkin (the chairman of the all-Russia “Committee for civil rights”, the member of president Putin council for human rights) has appointed our Novosyolov to be the chief of the Krasnodar territory branch of the “Committee for the civil rights”. True is the Scripture: “My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness” (2 Cor., 12:9). And this is the Divine Action, indeed. Alleluia!

We spread among the convicts and their relatives 12 kg of tomatoes, 12 kg of plums, 6 kg of onion, 5 kg of sweets and 5 kg of sugar, donated by Krasnodar brethren.  God bless all the supporters and the donors!

ARM's Branch Ministry in Mexico

We have been very busy evangelizing these days. We dared to pass on Christian tracts in one of the most difficult areas in Mexico City: Mercado Sonora (an area where they worship Satan openly). In this place, people sell items related to witchcraft, witchdoctors, occultism, magic charms, spirits cleansing, and so on. Kidnappers and drugdealers worship La Santa Muerte (Holy Death). This is the center of distribution of all things related to Satan worship.

Also, we handed out Bible Tracts in Avenida Reforma, when there was a parade of homosexuals and lesbians. Some of them did not like our tracts and protested but we did it anyways. God’s Word must be preached no matter of the many threats to our lives. The result, so far, is that 828 people who received our Christian Literature decided to study God’s Word.

Please help us pray for Bibles. We need Spanish Bibles to send them to places where there are no Christian book stores, or Churches.

Your servant in Christ Jesus,
Alfredo José Aparicio
