FiT500 invites you to take part in our Workout of the Week (WOW)

Week of 8/18

5 rounds

  • 200 meter run
  • 20 pulls on rower
  • 20 push ups
  • Pull ups (as many as possible w/o stopping)
Write your name and the time it took you to complete the workout on the whiteboard.  All who participate will be entered into a drawing for prizes.

Workout with Others:

For those of you who want or need some extra guidance and/or motivation, Kyle will coach groups through this workout at the times listed below the WOW. These group workouts are complimentary and open to any and all who care to participate and will be scaled to your fitness level.
