ECN Answers

Q: How can I reserve our school mascots?

Both the Ramblin' Wreck and Buzz are available to be at your next event. These school symbols provide an entertaining way to give your event a Georgia Tech touch.

To reserve the Ramblin' Wreck, complete the event request form at the Ramblin' Reck Club's website. The Reck Club also maintains a large inflatable Buzz that you may have seen around campus. To reserve Big Buzz, you will need to complete another event request form

To reserve Buzz at your next event, email the athletics marketing office with your event information. You can also book the Georgia Tech cheerleaders or dance team for your event to provide more pomp. For more information on all these groups, visit Special Events & Protocol's entertainment page.

These services typically require a small fee. Be sure to speak with each organization about the costs for your event.

Catering Conundrum

During a web update, the campus catering policy was removed from the Student Center's site. It's since taken up residency in the Policy Library and Special Events & Protocol's catering page.
