City Bike Routes are Here

Thank you City of Alpharetta for not only approving City Bike Route Map, but placing signs along Webb Bridge Road for the first two routes! The numbers represent the total miles if you ride the marked route from the new City Hall. Two additional routes will be posted soon. Check out the City Bike Route Map online - click here.

Monthly Meeting

Join us Wed, Aug 20 for a club ride and update. Harry's Not in a Hurry after work ride is from 6-7:30 p.m. We'll have club update meeting from 7:30-8 p.m. in the dining room of Harry's to review:
- fall events
- election of new officers
- webmaster needed

Note: BA Officers are asked to meet from 6:30-7:30 pm if you are not riding. RSVP to Jackie at sportspr@pelotonsports.net

Thank you to 61 friends of Bike Alpharetta for attending our 3rd Anniversary party to watch Le Tour de France at Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant donated $109 to Bike Alpharetta for your patronage. Thank you!

Harry's Not In A Hurry After Work Ride

Wednesdays 6pm rolling.

Meet in parking lot of Whole Foods/Harry’s Farmers Market, 1180 Upper Hembree Rd, at 5:45pm. This NO DROP for the after-work 21-mile ride option (avg 14 mph). A new 28-miler is for experienced riders.

Volunteers Rock

Thank you to many members and friends who volunteered this summer for a number of events. Bike Alpharetta receives donations to fund our organization and generates awareness for safe cycling because of your support.

Bike to School Day

There were over 200 children, parents, faculty and volunteers who participated in the inaugural Bike to School Day at Alpharetta Elementary this past May. Three schools have asked to participate in 2015! Thanks Dept of Public Safety for a great event. Glad Bike Alpharetta could be part of this.
