Take A Walk With Doc Broc Tomorrow and Register for the KP Corporate Run Walk Today!
 

What: Take a Walk
Where: 1.0 mile downtown, start at Decatur Recreation Center
Who: Everyone
When: 9:45 am on August 20
 
We will be warming up at 9:45 am on the Decatur Recreation Center lawn, and then walking through downtown from 10 am to 11 am tomorrow (August 20) with KP for Take a Walk. So if you are en route, pop out and walk with us for a block or two. It's just a simple one-mile route through tthe city called the Mayor's Walk. Mayor Baskett, 11Alive, and KP will all be walking with us. We will start at the Recreation Center and head out Sycamore, over to Ponce, by the KP offices, and back through the Old Courthouse Square.
 
Hope you can squeeze in this quick mid-morning walk hosted by Kaiser Permanente. If you are a regular walker with us, wear your Walk With a Doc shirt as we will be joining them tomorrow for this one-time event.
 
Afterwards, remember that we walk weekly on Wed @10am and you are invited to join us anytime for free, bring a friend!
