Back To School: Watch Out for Our Children
The school year has begun, which means school zone speed limits of 20 mph are in effect in the mornings and afternoons (roughly from 7-9 a.m. and 2:30-4:30 p.m.). Please watch out for children as you drive around the area, and be especially cognizant of increased pedestrian and cycling traffic around our neighborhood due to the launch of Mata Montessori School at La Vista and East Grand.

Several Lakewood Hills Families opted to send their children to Mata and are utilizing the Santa Fe Trail to walk or bike their children to and from school. Thanks for slowing down!
