2014 Fall Season Registration

 Registration begins Saturday, July 26th (today).
Registration ends Tuesday, August 26th!

Please secure your spot immediately as spots will are very limited.

  Cost:
ANGRY BIRD: $150 per person AFTER August 10th

Location: Rink City
(3636 Hawkestone Road, Mississauga, ON L5C2V2 )

Timings: Games are played on Friday nights beginning at 7:45PM and ending at 11:45PM

Regular Season Start: Friday, September 12th, 2014

Divisions: Tier-1 (Elite + Advanced) and Tier-2 (Competitive + Recreational)

Registration Includes: League participation and a free ultra-lite hockey jersey for each player!

Manage a Team: Those interested in serving as a GM for a Tier-2 team are encouraged to contact hockey@i-slam.ca

1.       Send your registration fee payment via Email Money Transfer to hockey@i-slam.ca
       (through your TD, RBC, BMO, CIBC, ING or other Online Banking website!)

Please note that spots will NOT be held through partial payment – registration is deemed complete upon payment of FULL funds AND completion of the registration form!
