It's been a long wait, and I apologize for that. I'd hoped to have it done by the beginning of the summer. But life got in the way, as often happens, and now here it is, the middle of August. I worked really hard on this one, as did my editor, my proofreader, and my beta readers. My thanks go out to all of them, and to you for all your support.
