Telehealth funding heats up. Rocket Internet vs. US comps. General Catalyst teardown.

The Michael Jordan of fundraising

Hi,

Last week, I posited that Rocket Internet > Y Combinator.

I got a bunch of emails saying I'm an idiot.

(Tell me something I don't know)

In addition to people calling me names, the post also got some insanely good comments (17 so far) from folks who've worked at, with, or for Rocket. Some are scathing of Rocket as you'll see and some are not.

One common thread among the negative comments is that they're good at raising dumb money. I see Summit Partners as a frequent investor on their investment syndicate dashboard and that argument makes a little less sense.

What do you think? Weigh in.

Tschuss!
