Hi <<Club Name>>, Welcome to the Monthly Member News!
Well I have to say that I am very pleased that I no longer need a canoe to get around Kerikeri after the recent awful weather. I was extremely disappointed to have to miss the Palmerston North Hot Rod Clubs Swapmeet, but with the sheer number of road closures between the Swapmeet and I, it simply wasn't achievable. However Mark Joblin from Zone 3 was able to man the NZHRA stand and was really impressed with the turn out. A big thanks to Palmerston North Hot Rod Club for your support of the NZHRA by providing a free trade site.
The Protecta Insurance NZHRA National Show is just over 2 months away! We have moved the NZHRA Executive Meeting to October and have changed the location to be in Dunedin, so that as many Executives as possible will be able to attend the show and be available for discussion with attending NZHRA Members and members of the public. We are very gratified by the expressions of support we have been receiving lately from clubs, about the current direction of the NZHRA. The recent Roadshow has resulted in a number of Clubs making contact to express their support to the Executive. This same message has been coming through loud and clear at the many events of late at which we have had an official presence. It is great to know that our efforts are not going unnoticed. Thanks to the Clubs and individuals who have indicated their support.

Future Event
Nelson City Rod & Custom Club are proud to be the hosts for the 2015 Pre 49 Street Rod Nationals with the event being based at the unique Founders Park on Atawhai Drive.
Anyone who has attended any of the events the Club has run will tell you what a lot Nelson has to offer from Great Weather, Hospitality, Wineries, Crafts and so much more. We are expecting 200 cars and the central location will make it convenient for both North Island & South Island rodders to attend.
With kick off being Wednesday night, Thursday will be available for you to take in the sights of the Nelson area at your leisure. It will be four days of fun, runs and much more. Prizegiving will be held on Sunday while you enjoy a brunch to see you on your way. To enter please go to:
