This unique partnership allows our clients to leverage the experience of Perry and the assets and access of NYV and the vibrant Manhattan wine culture. NYVC also provides direct access for its clients to the most exclusive wineries around the world, arranges visits and evenings with the world’s great winemakers.
NYVC has partnered with New York Times favorite VIA 45 restaurant in Red Bank, New Jersey to host a new series of wine dinners and tastings.
New York Times reviewer David Kocieniewski wrote, in April 2014:
“The pork shank, a humble cut of meat, is given treatment usually reserved for lamb or veal — braised in red wine and vegetables — and the result was robust. Brook trout, flown in from Idaho, was grilled simply, and to perfection. Wild mussels fra diavolo was a triumph of harmony, the sauce subtle and lightly spiced enough to allow the sweetness of the mussels to radiate through.”
NYVC will also provide for its clients customized wine cellar design and construction, price valuation and consumption advice on existing cellar holdings, customized in-home or corporate wine tastings, education, and classes and the full range of professional services for the budding or seasoned oenophile.
