Welcoming Fall, September 2014

Hello Friends!  It feels like it has been a long time since I last wrote in June.  Forgive me for my absence, but I decided I needed a vacation from leading a non-stop life and allowed myself the space to slow down (kind of).  I hope your summers were wondrous and filled with fun, adventure, and seasonal sights, smells, tastes, sounds, and touches.  I'd love to hear all about what you've been up to!

I have been busy allowing life to "unfold" as it will, and continue to focus on self care and productivity to help myself remain patient and let the universe make it's magic without my interference.  I notice since my last email that many things have slowly started to slide into place, albeit slowly, in my life and in the lives of others.  Intentions have transformed into actions, goals have been visualized, inspiration has been ignited, and I am grateful to be able to witness these moments of synchronicity in the lives of others, and in my own life.  I sought to simplify my life, to reduce unnecessary stress and re-establish my personal boundaries and would proclaim that it is endlessly empowering anytime one can take some action (small or large) to address a concern, and even more so when success is achieved!  When you trust in yourself to change a situation, you give yourself power and authority to create what you desire, even if it is one step at a time...

This summer has been a lot of work, and I am very thankful to have a very full schedule of amazing clients (with a few openings for those still interested).  One thing I was able to accomplish in my hiatus was my BRAND NEW WEBSITE!  Please check it out and share your precious feedback with me.  It is still in its infant stage, but a wonderful evolution from it's previous incarnation.  Click below to check it out!

When I wasn't working on work this summer, I was probably cooking or tending to my (teeny) south philly urban garden.  My garden has flourished it it's second summer and I can't wait to tell you about what I have been growing!  I have shared some of my favorite new recipes below, which are posted on my blog.  In addition to recipes I also have a full week by week account of my summer CSA and what I created with each delivery, an exploration of local and seasonal produce.  I am seriously into a cooking groove this summer and have really made some amazing and inventive dishes (with a few flops here and there) which I am always psyched to share with you.  I hope that you enjoy 'em!
