School Holiday workshop from October 2-4 at the Rosebud Memorial Hall for kids 5-16yrs.

You will sing, dance and act your way through 3 action-packed days leading up to a performance on the final afternoon.  No experience necessary! Everyone is also welcome to attend the final performance - entry is only a donation to a children's charity.

Tackers Learn to Sail Holiday Program

Tackers is an introductory, fun, games-based sailing program designed for kids aged 7 to 12. Kids don't need to have any prior sailing experience. The only requirement is that they must be ready to have fun!! All equipment is provided.

The program is delivered as a 3 day holiday program. Kids receive a Tackers kit and a certificate of achievement at the completion of each program.  Group are kept small, with training provided by a Yachting Australia qualified Instructor and Assistant Instructors.

Join the fun these school holidays - Monday, Sept 29 - Wed, Oct 4, 9am - 3pm daily at Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron.

The Red Hill
Spring Garden Festival

The Red Hill Show Grounds will be a-buzz with all things gardening on Saturday, September 13 from 9am - 3pm. The festival aims to arouse an interest in home gardening, with specialists and vendors on site to advise and sell.

Budding little gardeners can plant for free, be face painted, enter the children's categories in the Flower Show and compete in their Fancy Dress.

Mayor's Family Picnic

Frankston City Mayor, Cr Darrel Taylor, invites you to enjoy a day out at the Mayor’s Family Picnic this Saturday, September 13 from 11am - 3pm at the Carrum Downs Recreation Reserve. Free activities, face painting and entertainment to suit all ages. Bring your picnic rug and picnic, or treat yourself at one of the community food stalls.  Come along to find out what’s happening locally, with community groups and local traders providing activities and information.
