Autumn is a time to celebrate the spectacular colour the gardens produce and enjoy crisp air morning walks and warm, sunny, late afternoon strolls along leaf strewn paths. It's also when we prepare the gardens for winter and plant bulbs for the spring display.

High Tea returns October 1st
From October 1st through to the end of winter a tradition is our High Tea: savoury foods such as Cornish pasties and chicken and mushroom vol-au-vents, and of course a selection of teas. Step into the Dining Room restaurant located in the former residence of the Butcharts and enjoy this English tradition

Admission plus lunch

Every weekend in November
We offer complimentary weekend tours of some of our 26 greenhouses in November.
Tours are available every Saturday and Sunday in November at 10 am, noon and 2 pm. Tours are free, but admission to The Gardens is required. Reservations suggested.
