Are you interested in representing your school to participate in the 3rd Annual FUSD's Got Talent Show?
To participate, you need to:
1) have a minimum of 3 participants in your act, and
2) get approval from your principal or staff in charge as the representative for your school.
Last year, 31 acts with over 300 students, teachers & staff from 27 FUSD elementary, junior high, and high schools participated in the Show. Beautiful perpetual trophies and valuable cash prizes were presented to the following schools:
Elementary School 1st place winner: Mattos
Elementary School 2nd place winner: Green
Elementary School 3rd place winner: Warm Springs
Junior High School 1st place winner: Thornton
High School 1st place winner: American
Staff/Teacher 1st place winner: Ardenwood Elementary School
Due to the increasing number of acts and participants, FUSS will add a new category for the 2014-2015 school year: Choir
Again, the judging criteria will be based on
Creativity, Technical Skills, and Showmanship.
We hope to see all FUSD schools participate in the 2014-2015 school year. Not only will you have an opportunity to represent your school, you will also have a chance to see the talents from the other schools and win money for your school!
