Registration for France Boot Camp is filling up quickly! Starting from the very basics of how to make, taste and understand French wine, we progress each week for the month of October. This Boot Camp is ideal for those who want to jump into French wine with both feet and start stomping.
Our Head Sommelier provides current, accurate and in-depth information on the wines and wine regions of France. You will be sure to leave a Francophile, with the knowledge of how to order your favorite French wines and even how to correctly pair with food.
THE SCHEDULE:
October 1st, 6:30pm: Champagne and the Loire Valley ($100/person)
October 8th, 6:30pm: Bordeaux vs Burgundy ($100/person)
October 15th, 6:30pm: Alsace, Jura + Savoie ($100/person)
October 22nd, 6:30pm: Rhone Valley + the South ($100/person)
8 wines per class, antipasto included. Register for all 4 classes for $300 (save $100!)
October 29th, 6:30pm: Graduation and Celebration Dinner ($50/person)
