Marty's Message

Opening day in baseball begins the regular season and is a new start where every team has an equal chance of winning a pennant. Opening night of a theatrical performance is filled with excitement and sets the stage for a successful production. Opening statements are arguably the most important in a successful trial because they lay the framework for the entire argument. Opening ceremonies signify the official commencement of an Olympic Games.

Our “opening day” happens on the first day of each academic year. It is the most exciting and important day of the year and is filled with high expectations by students and faculty.

Here’s to a great opening to 2014-15! Be sure to check out the photos of day one in this week’s CPS Monday Message.
