The way things are looking now, we expect to start our first pilot project in the Netherlands in the beginning of next year. This will be a ‘real’ project ‘out in the open’. Very exciting. And there is more: we are now actively looking for more projects to involve our products in from the beginning of next year.
Our products
The StoneCycling process can be used for many different applications. At this moment we are focusing on bricks, tiles and design products.
Waste Based Bricks (WBB): Our WBB are bricks. As simple as that. With the only difference that we think they are awesome and made out of 100% waste. The WBB can be used best for facades, interior and terraces. Together with our partners we are able to glaze the bricks as well and customize the size and shape.
Waste Based Tiles (WBT): At the moment we are working on tiles for facades and the interior. We expect to finish the final prototypes in the beginning of 2015. Production will start soon after. The tiles have a raw and earthy look and come in unique colours, depending on the waste that is being used.
Waste Based Design (WBD): We love design. The StoneCycling process allows us to create furniture out of waste such as tables, flowerpots and other products. StoneCycling will work together with other artists and designers to combine forces. More about this next spring.
