The Group's Annual Exhibition is being staged at The Bridport Arts Centre from
Saturday 25th October to 8th November 2014, over 3 Saturdays and the weeks in between.
A feature of this year's show will be a display of pottery on loan from members' own collections, which have been made by their favourite "famous" potters and have provided them with inspiration.
The exhibition is open to all members, of any level of ability, the group's aim is to encourage those starting out as potters as well as promoting those well established potters. There is no selection, so visitors can expect to see a huge variety of objects made of clay over a range of prices.
We will be demonstrating some of the making processes during the annual show, both in the gallery and on the forecourt - especially on the busier Saturdays and Wednesdays. This will include sessions of Raku firing, members are invited to bring their own pieces along to be fired.
Fans of particular members can check the Stewarding Rota for the show to see when they are on the desk and thus available for a chat - follow this link :-
