North Bay will join communities around the world responding to the global call to action to coincide with the People's Climate March taking place in New York City this September just before a  United Nations Climate Summit. The march in New York will take place on the 21st of September, and the global mobilisation will span the full weekend of September 20-21. So far there are more than 2,500 events planned in 155+ countries

Rally at Lake Nipissing Waterfront
Meet at the "Buskers Stage", at the lake-side entrance to pedestrian underpass that connects the downtown to the waterfront

Move en masse from the Lake Nipissing rally to the Trout Lake rally by bike and bus; details provided at the Lake Nipissing rally; option for those on busses to walk the 1/2 km

Rally at Armstrong Beach, Trout Lake; earliest start time is 11:00 am - actual start time will be upon arrival of walkers and bikers and bus-riders! E.T.A is 11 to 11:15.
