Join us for Taste of Fall 2014

Registration is now open for the 7th annual Taste of Fall event to raise funds for the Lincoln Park Community Shelter! Join LPCS Friday, November 14th from 7pm - 11pm at Gallery 1028. This year's event is going to be even tastier than previous years, with many new vendors and beverages. Enjoy entertainment from the awesome grassroots band, The Tony Bondi Project, a Wine Raffle, and the Ultimate Tasting Raffle.

Donation Drive


The Lincoln Park Community Shelter has recently noticed that as Guests graduate from our program (as well as our Graduates and ICLP Residents) there has been more utilization of our Graduate closet and pantry. The supplies are being used at a more rapid pace than we are able to replenish them. Therefore, we would like your help!

We are asking for your support by participating in our fall donation drive. Currently we are out of bath soap and need more asap. Below is a full list of perishable goods, toiletries, and other household items that we are asking for. 

Toiletries:
  • Bath soap
  • Toothpaste
  • Lotion
  • Feminine hygiene products
  • Deodorant
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Laundry detergent
Food Items:
  • canned protein (i.e. tuna, chicken, salmon, beans, chili)
  • canned vegetables and fruits
  • Pasta
  • Pasta sauce
  • Coffee
  • Creamer
  • Sugar
  • Cereal
  • Oatmeal
Household items:
  • Napkins
  • Paper Towels
  • Socks
  • White sheets for single beds
Items specifically for Graduates and ICLP Residents:
  • Safe with key
  • A/C units
  • DVD players
  • Toaster oven
  • Humidifier
  • Blender
  • TVs
  • Floor lamps
  • Table lamps
