The Season of Color is Here!

Framingham Downtown Renaissance (FDR) is hosting its 3rd Annual Farm Pond Fall Festival on Sunday, October 5, 2014 from 12 to 4PM at Farm Pond Park on Dudley Road, Framingham. Back by popular demand! The festival is a celebration to rekindle Downtown Framingham’s once historic connection to Farm Pond.

Free fairground-style parking on site.

The Farm Pond Fall Festival offers something for all ages! Families, friends and visitors are invited to borrow kayaks and canoes (or bring your own along), dance, participate in outdoor games and make crafts. Unique vendors with local products, food and fall sweets will be on hand. Live music will be performed by local rockers Big Bad Wolf and bluegrass by Little Jed and the Phat Daddies! Capoeira by our own Cais da Bahia USA!

Have you been to Cisco Cycles yet? If you haven't, Fall Festival will be your chance to meet the man behind the bikes! Vintage bicycles alongside pony rides courtesy of the MWRTA. Take a ride along the bank of Farm Pond.

Rather relax? Bring your lawn chair or blanket to enjoy the concert, have a picnic and see sights all around you!

Borrow a kayak or canoe and paddle around on the Pond that was once connected to Downtown Framingham.

Outdoors Rx and the Appalachian Mountain Club will be here, too.

Rediscover this beautiful hidden gem of ours with Libby Stockwell Deegear on a lovely nature walk... raising the awareness of how important it is for all of us to just go outside and play!

Check out the 1970 Maxim fire apparatus, a fully restored former mainstay of the Framingham Fire Department!

See the pride of Framingham's department trucks and vehicles, helping to make our town a great place to work, live and visit!

Fun for everyone! Apples and pumpkins at Hanson's Farm wagon. Friendly dogs on leashes are welcomed to visit the Muddy Paws tent.

The event, presented by FDR, is a collaborative project between downtown stakeholders,
local businesses, nonprofits, healthcare providers and art studios -- just to name a few. All coming together to support the great comeback of Downtown Framingham!
