Central Otago Rogaine: Lee, Pip and Emma (1st place!)

Dunedin Marathon: Robyn Perkins (3rd MW).

Brunch Ride & Run.
 

That really was a tremendous turn-out on Sunday Team Awesome! Well done. Especially well done to Jo's team for taking out first place in both the photo comp and being first to the cafe ;-) Looking at the facebook voting, it appears that Fleurs team  are in 2nd place. 

Well done to Jacob, Jenny and Matt for their placings in the trig comp. And thanks to Chris Bridges for making the Trig-bagging trophy. The deal is Jacob (1st place in 2014) must take the trophy to every trig he bags next season!

Triathlon Training Day:

Lock it in tri folk- Sunday, 2nd November @ Pegasus. 
We held a similar 2hr session last year. It was really valuable for newbies and the more experienced triathletes. Use it as a re-fresher and taper session, or come and learn some tips and tricks from a cool bunch of people- many who will be competing at Lake Hood the following weekend. Dan from Fit and Abel will be there to give  you advice for the swim section. More info, and bookings can be found here

CP Kayak Training.

If you are training for the 2015 Speight’s Coast to Coast and looking to consolidate your kayaking skills and fitness then this group is for you!
The focus of these sessions will be on developing your kayaking skills and improving your paddling fitness. Sessions will be held on the Estuary and Cass Bay where we will use different natural features to simulate river conditions.

Tuesday morning run group:

It's all systems go for Tues run group! Starting this week (Tuesday 16th September), 6:30am at Hagley Park. Fleur will put your through your paces with intervals, technique work, plyometrics and team challenges. Whatever your fitness level or ability, come down and see Fleur on Tuesday morning. CP summer memberships

Want to get the most out of your training this summer? Then you need to attend our group training sessions! These are guaranteed fun, challenging and specific workouts for running, cycling,  mountain biking and kayaking. 
We are offering a full summer season membership, 3month membership (takes you through until Christmas). The countdown is on- our summer season begins the week of 29th September!
Timetable:

  • Monday: Kayak group starting 10th Nov. 
  • Tuesday: Run group (6:30am), Mountain biking (6pm)
  • Wednesday: Road cycling (6pm)
  • Thursday: Off-road run group (6:15pm)
  • Sunday morning: Run group & Road cycling group.

 

Bedrock 50:

Designed by Braden Currie, New Zealand's foremost adventure and multisport racer, the course is designed to test competitors over two challenging days alongside the worlds best multisport and endurance athletes. A two person team race, the course will see athletes competing over 8 high country stations in the Wanaka region. Multiple disciplines combined with the time credit special stages, Red Bull Defiance will challenge both mentally and physically a field of local and international competitors.
