Pushing Comfort Zone

I took a chance again and venture out of my bubble....

and it was scary and daunting, but exciting at the same time. This week I finally launched an ebook. Nothing amazing or spectacular, but I did it! I published the first volume in my Coffee For The Brain Collection where I am sorting the best content from each year to document my blogging journey. 2009 was very uneventful on the blog, but it was a great starting point. If you subscribe to the newsletter you can get a copy. I am sorting through the process now to learn before I jump into publishing my first book hopefully by the end of this year or early 2015. I already learned a great deal through trials and tribulations. I have scattered back to my zone of comfort to regroup, but I am ready to get back out there in a new way in which I will share soon.
Apple had their big announcement last week. Besides drooling or hating their new products nobody can fault the inspiration and genius of their Perspective ad. If you have not seen it you must watch!
Provacative PBL

I shared earlier this week some prompts and resources if you need some ideas to jazz up your learning.

And on a completely unrelated note you need see COMBAT JUGGLING
I have been reading some amazing books again. I highly recommend you check out the following titles found on my Book Table

A More Beautiful Question by Warren Berger is one of the best books I have read! So good. It has trumped all reading material so far this year. Really powerful content to ponder and think about.

I love this idea of using LEGO to teach Math

While talking about LEGO how about my latest DIY video to make a picture frame out of LEGO pieces sitting around your house or classroom?
