An Invitation to Connect
It is with great anticipation and excitement that I share this debut newsletter with you. Many years ago, I discovered through a dialogue with my life coach, Margo, the extraordinary value I place on the “connections” I have with family, friends, clients and colleagues. This is a value I consciously honor and express daily. It is through my deep and enduring connections that I experience great meaning, insight and inspiration.

My hope for you is that - through this monthly newsletter "connection" with me - you too will find meaning, insight and inspiration and I invite you to share this newsletter with others.

Book Recommendation
Many of you know how much I love the book Fierce Conversations and that I refer back to it often for myself and my clients. The author, Susan Scott, is an internationally recognized leader in executive education. This book will help you gain insights and skills to make every conversation count.  In the words of Susan Scott, “The great differentiator going forward, the next frontier for exponential growth, the place where individuals and organizations will find a new and sustainable competitive edge, resides in the area of human connectivity.”
