Wine Dinner, 5 courses

Howdy all.
First, we would like to thank you all for coming to the last event. We sold out! Without our great clients, we would be lost.
This is the next wine dinner pairing that we have coming up. It will be in about a week from this Wednesday. Hope to see you all there! Keep in mind, we have the following menu set, with no substitutions.
We we will be serving the following for the evening:
- Chateau Tanunda, a dry Riesling served with our summer rolls, which is filled with watermelon, young coconut meat, avocado, lettuce, and carrot.
- Franc: Cabernet Franc served with a beignet, stuffed with ground spiced chicken in Thai style beignet.
- Penfold: Syrah served with a Royal Omelette, which contains green bean, carrot, onion and some spices with rice. Topped with bacon bits.
- Layer Cake Grenache served with our Bangkok Burger. The beef patty is spiced up with ground choice sirloin beef.
- Châteaunuf-du-Pape wine served with slow cooked pork over rice with pickled vegetables.
Make sure place your reservations soon, since it is always a limited capacity event. Reservations are required, since we tend to reach capacity at these wine dinners. A $15 deposit, per person, for the reservation is needed.
