Hello All

Heres to another week!!!

Big welcome back to Laura who returns from her holiday and will be back teaching you this Friday.

Class Changes

Due to unforeseen circumstances I'm sorry to say that Bev will no longer be teaching any classes. This means that with immediate effect Wednesday nights Fitsteps class will be stopping. I am looking to replace it with a Zumba class, I would like to run it in the Walmley/Wylde Green area and so I will be looking for a venue this week and will update you on next weeks newsletter.
As for Thursday nights, Laura will be teaching Zumba this week but there will be no HIIT class and then from next week the 2nd October I will be starting the Legs, Bums Tums Class.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Legs, Bums and Tums
I sent an email last week letting you know that I am bringing back Legs Bums and Tums from Thursday 2nd October. This will be at Falcon Lodge Community Centre and will replace the current Zumba and HIIT class. It will run from 6.30pm-7.30pm and I will be teaching it. The class will be 30 minutes freestyle aerobics and then body conditioning, finishing with a stretch and relax at the end. I am going to be making the class suitable for all levels of fitness by giving high and low options. This class proved popular in the past and I have had lots of people asking for it so here it is!!!

Top Tips for a Good Healthy Life

Eat whole foods 
So moving away from processed, packaged foods and eating only things that are whole and don't have tons of ingredients in. Lots of meat, fish, eggs, whole grains, nuts, veggies will stop you needing to count all the calories. Just enjoying and eating whole foods will help keep your weight down and ward off all sorts of illnesses

Move more
Lots of us live quite sedentary lives now, driving everywhere, sitting at a computer all day and having lots of mod cons to do the hard work for us. Simply making it part of your week to get some exercise in, whether thats a walk, a run or doing your favourite class will help your energy levels and mood so much.

Relax and enjoy life
Stop stressing about the small things. Learn to love yourself and everything about you. Stop stressing about the numbers on a set of scales and focus on being healthy, exercising and eating well and your weight will take care of itself. Treat yourself well because you deserve it.

Make your health a priority
By doing all off the above you will reap the rewards and feel so much better. Your mood will improve, your weight will be healthy, you will equip your body to ward off lots of nasty illness. Live life to the fullest as we only get one!
