Toothpaste you can really chew on

Would you chew on a plastic bag and spit the pieces down the drain? Probably not (but hey that's up to you). With micro-beads in some popular toothpastes, it's pretty much the same thing.

DIY: Guitar pannier (redux)

My first search for a guitar pannier didn't quite hit the right note. But a couple of long-forgotton finds in the attic solved the carrying-guitar-by-bike dilemma.
