Cheap and Chic Closed Gate with
Angled Trims

Changing gears from the high-budget formats of the past few weeks, this week's featured format is a light little low-budget wonder. It offers a refreshing and surprisingly creative spin on the classic closed gate fold. Caskey Group of York Pennsylvania uses the format for a self-promotional brochure, producing small quantities, trimming, scoring and creating a mock die-cut with simple angled guillotine trims on opposing corners of the fold-in panels. The trims create an interesting space on the interior of the brochure, and the effect of a specialty fold on the cheap. We think you're going to like it!
