Meyer Law: 2014 Year in Review

We've had a busy year and are looking forward to an amazing year ahead.  We're so thankful for opportunities and relationships made over the years and wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous year to come.

A Look Back at Denver Startup Week

We are always happy to work with the Denver startup community, and started off the fall with a trip to 2014 Denver Startup Week.

Tricia Meyer, our founder and managing attorney, and Melody Ashby, a senior attorney at Meyer Law, presented the "Five Fastest Ways to Sink Your Startup" with Scott Leivian and Stephanie Burns from TriNet and Peter Adams from Rockies Venture Club. Tricia and Melody covered the importance of founder's agreements, appropriate contracts and protecting intellectual property and confidential information.  We enjoyed meeting so many inspiring entrepreneurs and look forward to next year!
