I'm everywhere....

I'm at 4 gyms now, so I've got Nashvegas covered!

Recently I announced my latest partnership with Nashville Neuromuscular Center and I am stoked that it is going so well! I've got more good news though; I've joined the crew at Basics and Beyond and will be training at the Next Level Fitness location in downtown Nashville on Church Street.

Other exciting news? I just bought my first house! Yay! From all you homeowners, thinking back to your first house, what advice can you give this newbie? I'll be sending pictures soon, because I'm super excited, and who doesn't love to share pictures of a new home? I'm planning on converting the upstairs unfinished room into my studio/workout/video space and am already planning a flute party for all my students! Not a student?
