The Fay School isn't an ordinary elementary school.
They teach leadership skills to children.
They needed art to share their mission.
So we thought about what leadership means - for anyone, from CEOs to third graders. We made pieces about self-confidence, celebrating individuals, empathy and dreaming big.
They used hundreds of the above "Create New Worlds" art block as a giveaway at a charitable event. A good message for any desk, whether it's covered in crayons or spreadsheets, I think.
